LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
- Unboxing video is mandatory for all damage claims.
- The video must be continuous, original, and completely unedited, starting before opening the parcel and clearly showing the package, shipping label, outer packaging, and the complete unboxing process.
- The video must show the condition of the product immediately after opening.
- Videos with cuts, edits, pauses, missing portions, or other alterations will not be accepted as proof for damage claims.
- Please contact us with the unboxing video and clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging within 24 hours of delivery.
- Claims without a valid, uninterrupted unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement, repair, refund, or compensation.
- In case a parcel is confirmed as lost during transit, we will coordinate with the courier service and assist you with the claim process.
