CraftHeaven began on 19th May 2024 with a simple purpose — to make it easier for small craft businesses to find the right raw materials without the challenges of high minimum quantities, uncertain quality, or lack of product knowledge.

The idea came from a personal experience.

When our founder, Shiva Shankar, saw his wife start her own candle-making business, he witnessed firsthand the difficulties faced by small business owners. As her orders grew, sourcing the required raw materials in bulk became a constant challenge. Finding the right products, managing quantities, and getting materials on time could directly affect the ability to complete customer orders.

That experience led to a question:

“What if there was a place where craft entrepreneurs could get the materials they actually need, in quantities they can afford, along with the knowledge to use them correctly?”

And that's how CraftHeaven was born.

More than a raw-material store

Today, CraftHeaven provides raw materials for resin art, candle making, and concrete art, serving small business owners, homegrown brands, and women entrepreneurs.

We started with moulds and gradually expanded our range based on what our customers genuinely needed.

What makes us different is that we don't believe in simply selling a product and sending a customer home.

We believe in helping them understand the product.

Our team has hands-on experience in candle making, resin art, and concrete art, allowing us to guide customers on what to use, when to use it, and how to use it effectively.

While many businesses simply buy and sell according to market demand, we focus on understanding the creator behind the purchase.
